Processing and delivery times
Total delivery time = order processing time + shipping (transit) time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Where orders ship from
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our international fulfillment partners. Delivery times in the table above already include the time from our warehouse to your door. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to show updates.
Duties and taxes
Prices are shown in USD. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Orders shipped to the United States are delivered with no extra fees on delivery. For orders shipped outside the United States, your country’s customs may charge import duties, VAT or handling fees when the package arrives; these charges are not included in our prices or shipping fee and are paid by the recipient. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within the maximum delivery time above, contact us at [email protected]. We will track it and, if it is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
