Cancellation Policy

Overview

We understand that plans can change. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order with Zeninner. It applies to all customers worldwide – both domestic (US) and international – and covers all product types (no exceptions). Please read it carefully to know your rights and our procedures.

Cancellation Timeframe (48-Hour Window)

  • Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. This 48-hour window begins from the time you submit your order and receive an order confirmation.

  • After 48 Hours: After the initial 48 hours have passed, we cannot cancel the order. Once this cancellation window closes, orders are immediately processed for fulfillment and shipment, making cancellation impossible.

Note: In many cases, we begin processing your order quickly. If your order is shipped out before the 48-hour window ends, we will not be able to cancel it (even if you contact us within 48 hours). We recommend reaching out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order within the allowed timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Reach out to our customer support within 48 hours of placing your order. Support Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UTC -8). You can contact us via:

    • Email: Send us an email at our customer service email: support@zeninner.com .

    • Contact Form: Fill out the contact form on our website’s Contact Us page. Include a clear message that you want to cancel your order.

    • Other Methods: Any other contact methods listed on our site (such as phone or live chat, if available) can also be used to inform us of a cancellation request.

  2. Provide Order Details: In your cancellation request, please include your order number, the name and email used for the order, and (if possible) a brief note on why you need to cancel. Providing these details helps us locate and verify your order quickly.

  3. Await Confirmation: Our team will respond to your request as soon as possible (typically within 1-2 business days). We will confirm if the cancellation request was received within the 48-hour window and if your order was eligible to be canceled. Once approved, the order will be canceled in our system.

What If the 48-Hour Window Has Passed?

If you contact us after 48 hours from placing the order, unfortunately, the order cannot be canceled. At that point, your items are likely already being packaged or have shipped:

  • Order Shipped: If the package is already in transit, we are unable to intercept or cancel the delivery. You will still receive the order.

  • Alternative Option: While we cannot cancel after 48 hours, you may be able to return the product for a refund or store credit once it is delivered, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on how to send back items you do not want to keep. (Note: return eligibility and conditions will apply.)

No Product Exceptions – All Items Are Cancellable Within 48 Hours

Unlike some stores, Zeninner does not exclude any products from the 48-hour cancellation rule. All products sold on our site – including standard items, made-to-order goods, personalized or custom items, etc. – are eligible for cancellation within the 48-hour window. We do not impose special exceptions for any specific product category.

However, remember that even for custom or personalized products, the cancellation request must come within 48 hours of ordering. After that period, production or fulfillment will begin and the order cannot be reversed.

Refund Process for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is submitted in time and the order is successfully canceled, here’s what you can expect regarding your refund:

  • Full Refund: We will issue a 100% full refund for the canceled order. There are no cancellation fees or penalties for timely cancellations (within 48 hours).

  • Refund Method: The refund will be processed back to the original payment method you used. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to that same credit card.

  • Processing Time: Once we confirm your cancellation and initiate the refund, please allow a few days for processing. Typically, refunds are completed on our end within 1-3 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refunded amount to your account. (Processing times can vary by financial institution.)

  • Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email once your order is canceled and the refund has been initiated. This email will serve as proof of cancellation and will include any relevant details (refund transaction ID, etc.).

Additional Notes

  • Order Modifications: Instead of canceling, if you simply need to change your order (such as updating an address or swapping an item), please still contact us within 48 hours. In many cases, the best approach is to cancel and refund the original order, then have you place a new order with the correct details or items. Our support team will guide you on the best solution.

  • Pre-Orders or Backorders: (If applicable) For any pre-order items or backordered items, the same 48-hour cancellation rule applies. Even if the item hasn’t shipped yet due to a later release date, you still need to cancel within 48 hours of the purchase to guarantee a cancellation.

  • Communication: Keep an eye on your email after you send a cancellation request. If we need additional information to verify your identity or order details, we will reach out. Timely responses will help ensure the cancellation is processed within the allowable window.
