Total Delivery Time (Handling + Transit)

For a complete picture, the total expected delivery time for your order is the sum of the handling time and the transit time. Based on our estimates:

• U.S. Orders (Domestic): 12–21 days total from the day you place your order to the day it arrives (about 2–3 weeks).
• International Orders: 20–27 days total from the day you place your order to the day it arrives (about 3–4 weeks).

We understand that waiting for your package requires a little patience. Remember, good things are worth waiting for! We truly appreciate your calm and understanding while your order makes its journey. Our goal is to deliver every package within these time frames, and we strive to meet or beat these estimates whenever possible.

• 30-Day Return Window: You may return any Zeninner product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The 30-day period starts from the day your order is delivered to you.
• All Products Accepted: We gladly accept returns on all items, including personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products. We want you to love your items, and if you don’t, you can send them back – no questions asked about the reason.
• Any Reason, No Worries: Returns are welcome for any reason – whether the item is defective, didn’t fit or suit you, you received the wrong product, or you simply changed your mind. Your journey with our products should be positive, and we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.
• Product Condition: To ensure a smooth refund, please return items in their original condition (unworn/unused, with original tags or packaging if possible). If an item arrived to you damaged or defective, you’re still fully eligible for a return or exchange.
• After 30 Days: If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot accept a return or exchange (thank you for understanding). We encourage you to inspect your items upon delivery so any issues can be resolved within this timeframe.

We’re very sorry if that happened. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us right away at support@zeninner.com. You won’t need to worry about any return costs – we will take care of everything. We may ask for a photo of the issue just to verify, and then we’ll arrange a free return or sometimes provide a return-less solution. In most cases, we can send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund, depending on what you prefer. Our priority is to fix the problem with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
